AnyBurn is a lightweight CD / DVD / Blu-ray disc burning software with most common features. ClamWin is the Windows version of ClamAV, a virus and spyware scanner which database is constantly maintained by a group of volunteers and updates are always available for free. Note that the program does not contain an on-access real-time scanner; you must manually scan a file in order to detect malware or use a third party tool like the general purpose Directory Monitor (see Execute scripts/applications when events occur) or the outdated Clam Sentinel.
ClamWin Portable started out as a portable wrapper for ClamWin, but since ClamWin itself is no longer maintained, ClamWin Portable decided to combine "the latest version of ClamWin from the publisher combined with updated ClamAV Windows native files", as explained here and here.

MKVToolnix is a freeware utility that allows you to create, alter, inspect, etc., video files with the MKV format.You can use MKVToolNix to create, split, edit, mux, demux, merge, extract, or inspect Matroska files.
MKVToolnix program will also work with other video formats including AVI, MPEG, MP4, MPEG, MPEG1/2, h264, and more, as well as some video codecs such as VP9, audio including AAC, FLAC, MP2, MP3, AC3, DTS/DTS-HD, Vorbis and most subtitle formats including SRT, PGS/SUP, VobSub, ASS, and SSA.

“Always start minimized (To Tray)” option does not work.
I have not seen changes occur to the configuration file (AutoHideDesktopIcons.ini) for this setting.
I will also ask about command line option to start minimized.
