ScreenToGif is a feature-rich recording program for screen, webcam and whiteboard. The program is customizable, includes hotkeys and recordings can be edited and saved to animated GIF, APNG or video formats. The editor can also modify existing GIFs and includes resize, crop, flip/rotate, captions, progress bars, borders, watermarks, transitions and more.

“Always start minimized (To Tray)” option does not work.
I have not seen changes occur to the configuration file (AutoHideDesktopIcons.ini) for this setting.
I will also ask about command line option to start minimized.
BitComet is a manager for web, FTP and BitTorrent downloads supporting simultaneous connections, file queue, selected torrent package contents, fast-resume, chatting, disk cache, speed limits, port mapping, proxy, IP filter etc.
The download includes both 32 and 64-bit versions.
Note: Many years ago, BitComet attracted a lot of critics due to its non-compliance with several standards. While still developed in China, most issues have since been resolved.

Note: Starting in v125, Chrome silently stopped supporting portable versions, which noticeably stopped supporting portable printing (including saving as PDF). Starting in v126, Chrome Portable bypasses it by hardcoding the command line parameter –disable-features=PrintCompositorLPAC (see the disable-features command line).
