Pixia is a powerful raster graphics editor with a unique user interface. It includes various photo filters, brushes, layers, text and broad file format support. Note that the program has a fairly unique interface so, when learning Pixia, it’s easier to discard everything you know about other editors like Photoshop or Paintshop and start from scratch with the tutorials and help files.
