Supports a long list of networks including Google Talk, IRC, XMPP, Bonjour, Gadu-Gadu, Sametime, Groupwise, and more, as well as many features such as file transfers, away messages, buddy icons, emoticons and typing notifications. A huge number of additional chat networks are supported via third-party plugins.
Pidgin Portable is a version of the program from PortableApps. A wide variety of plugins are available to add more features including networks, security, interface tweaks and more. Themes are available via an additional download.
