qBittorrent – The Portable Freeware Collection

qBittorrent is a configurable and feature-rich file sharing client modeled as an open alternative to µTorrent. The program includes a web interface, RSS, scheduler, IP Filtering (eMule and PeerGuardian compatible), IPv6 compliance, support for all extensions (DHT, Peer Exchange, crypto, Magnet/BitComet etc.), and more. Uniquely, it includes a program lock to password-protect the interface.

The program includes torrent creation and even tracker capabilities for serving content. Note that the torrent search feature (if enabled) is not portable.

Clients are also available for other platforms (Mac, Linux, FreeBSD, OS/2) and in ~25 world languages. Alternatively, a PortableApps version is also available.

NK2Edit – The Portable Freeware Collection

NK2Edit edits the “auto-complete” entries in Microsoft Outlook. Auto-complete is a useful feature to automatically suggest items based on the first few letters of the recipient, but over time can gather invalid or unwanted contacts. The name comes from the .NK2 file extension Outlook saves this email list to.

A 64-bit version (only for using with Outlook 2010/2013 64-bit) is available.

Windows System Control Center (WSCC) allows you to install, update, execute and organize the utilities from various system utility suites. The program either works as an interface or as downloader. The program can work with both utilities suites downloaded or can dynamically grab and run the programs via a web connection. The included Update Manager can check for newer versions of the utilities already installed and can download and install the missing items.

Works with Windows Sysinternals and NirSoft Utilities suites, but also highlights Windows’ own utilities.
