FlicFlac is an utility for converting WAV, FLAC, MP3, OGG and APE files to any of the other formats. The program supports the drag-and-drop of files onto the FlicFlac interface to whatever format is selected (e.g. “to WAV”). Files are saved by default to the same directory as the source file.
More advanced configuration available by editing the FlicFlac.ini file.
